Processing Particulars

 All animals will be tagged and kept separate

 All deer will be boneless
We will not cut through spinal cords

 All steaks, roasts, and chops will be boneless

We take care in our professional custom processing to "baby" your animal before boning & hand wrapping each animal individually. You will receive your own animal back. Each animal is tagged with a number. We have a state of the art hanging cooler with a capacity to hang 250 deer. Processing times vary depending on the demand at the time, but rest assured, your meat will be in the best of hands.
